of an item until after you have ordered it. In the event an item appears
with an incorrect price or with inaccurate product information, Treye
Rice Photography reserves the right to cancel any orders for the item.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT, VENUE AND CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms, including the additional Terms relating to Treye Rice
Photography here below, constitute the entire agreement between you
and Treye Rice Photography governing your use of Treye Rice Photography
and the website services. These Terms may be changed or updated at
any time at the sole discretion of Treye Rice Photography. In the case
of inconsistencies between these Terms and any information included
in off-line materials (for example, promotional materials and mailers),
these Terms will always control. You may also be subject to additional
terms and conditions that may apply when you use services of other
parties affiliated with Treye Rice Photography, third-party content,
or third-party software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to choice of law rules.
Any litigation arising out of or in connection with these web sites
shall be exclusively in state or federal courts located in Travis County,
TX.
If any part of this Agreement is ruled to be unenforceable, then such
part shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remainder of the Agreement, including any revised portion, shall
remain and be in full force and effect.
The failure of Treye Rice Photography to exercise or enforce any Term
will not constitute a waiver of such Term. Regardless of any statute
or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of
or related to the Service or these Terms will be filed within one year
after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
