Devil’s Churn State Park is near the Cape Perpetua overlook off of Highway 101 on the Oregon coast. The waves move into this narrow opening in the rocks and explode just about where I took this picture. The entire place is rugged and very noisy. You have to constantly be on the lookout for large sneaker waves that move into the churn.
